Yes, this event is Global Direct Ship EXCEPT FOR DEVICES, which are US Domestic Reship ONLY - your portion of the devices reshipping costs will be calculated and due once the event closes and all shipping can be calculated. The $40 flat rate shipping covers all beauty items from Korea and any leftovers are applied as credit for devices.

We accept Zelle (preferred), PayPal, Venmo & CashApp- LEAVE THE PAYMENT NOTES BLANK. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FRIENDS & FAMILY ONLY - You are highly encouraged to use Zelle. Important: Do not submit and pay for items you are unwilling to purchase, as there are absolutely no refunds for any reason. Once you submit and pay, you are locked in to the event. Payments for orders are due within 24 hours of placing them, or they will be cancelled. If you do not answer your DM's on Discord, an attempt will be made to email you.

All orders are final. Absolutely NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. Products are guaranteed authentic, new and sealed, and due to the nature of cosmetics they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, for any reason. ALL PURCHASES ARE ASSUMED AT YOUR OWN RISK - The organizer will not be held responsible for misuse/mishandling in any way of any of the products selected. Again, members are solely responsible for the proper use and handling of the products they purchase, and ordering constitutes agreement of these terms.

Korean beauty items are guaranteed for customs, to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs reflect this. DEVICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED FOR CUSTOMS. The Vendor does reship, but this is not expressly guaranteed. Shipping: There is a $40 Shipping Deposit required for this event, due with product payment, which will be applied to the cost of the international shipping and domestic reship fees. Shipping is determined by weight and volume per order, and shipping costs are high - Devices are required to pay tariffs and/or customs surcharges. The deposit will also ensure there are enough funds to cover international shipping costs at close of the event. If the deposit does not cover the full amount of shipping, emails for additional shipping costs will be sent out at time of reship with payment due immediately for any remaining balance. You are highly encouraged to use Zelle. Should there be any remaining balance after reship has been calculated, it will be refunded, but this is not expected for the majority of orders.

Once your order is paid, your items are now reserved. At the close of the event, all orders are placed with the vendors, and beauty items are direct shipped to the members, and devices are sent to the organizer. Once devices are received, reshipping will be calculated and sent out, and once paid, those orders will be reshipped to you promptly. This means that if you order both beauty products AND devices, you will receive two separate shipments, one from the vendor in Korea, and one from the organizer. This process can take 3+/- weeks from the close of the buy and does not account for unforeseen delays in procurement or customs. All orders, whether beauty only or both beauty and devices will receive a tracking number via email from the store to monitor the status of your delivery. Timeframe: From close of the event, plan for roughly 3+/- weeks for devices to arrive to you, and roughly 1-2 weeks for beauty items. Beauty items must be shipped from Korea to you, and Devices must be sent to the organizer for reshipment. Payments for Reshipping, if owed, must be collected before product can be sent. Do not participate if you are uncomfortable with this.
